- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
- Once approved for the repair, you will receive an address to ship your item. Please provide a tracking number once you've shipped your item.
- Any repairs needed within the first 60 days are free of charge. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
- Your jewelry will be repaired and shipped back to you in approximately 3-4 weeks of receipt of your package.
